Q Quarters
Product Tour

The tour, part by part.

Every part of Quarters — and why each one is built for the founder who's still the one closing, not a sales-ops team.

The idea

A CRM that does the work, instead of asking you to.

Legacy CRMs were built for sales teams — rows for reps to fill in so a manager can run a report. But founder-led sales doesn't look like that. You're the rep, the manager, and the product. You're closing over iMessage at 11pm, email between meetings, and a Slack DM you'll forget by Friday. Quarters assumes that. It pulls every conversation in on its own, threads it to the right person, and tells you what to do next — so the CRM is something you read, not something you maintain.

The tour

Everything Quarters does, one screen at a time.

A unified thread for every person, a console that opens to what needs you, a pipeline you can run in your head, a coach twice a day, and follow-ups in your voice.

Unified inbox

One thread per person. Every channel.

The thing no other CRM does: Quarters merges iMessage, SMS, email, and Slack — plus your calendar — into a single timeline for each contact, threaded automatically by who they are, not which app they used. The text you sent from your phone sits right next to the email you sent from your laptop and the Slack reply from this morning.

Identity resolution — one person's phone number, two email addresses, and a Slack handle all collapse onto one card, so nothing scatters across half-built duplicates. And full history — pull a contact's complete email history on demand, and see exactly how complete your coverage is.

Today

Open it and know what to do.

The home screen is a console, not a dashboard. It surfaces what actually needs you now — replies you owe, deals going cold, threads waiting on you — ranked, not buried in filters. Ask it anything in plain language and it answers from your real pipeline and conversations.

Reply-aware suggestions draft the message it thinks you'd send, in context from the whole conversation. And you can ask anything — "Who haven't I followed up with this week?" "What's stuck in negotiation?" — answered from your data, full-page, instantly.

Coach

A chief of staff, twice a day.

Quarters reads your pipeline and conversations and writes you a short, specific brief — who to chase, what changed, where you're at risk. It's the part of a sales team you don't have: someone whose job is to keep you honest about follow-through.

The brief is a twice-daily read on your relationships and deals — momentum, risk, and the two or three things worth your attention. TRACE & sourcing grounds every bit of coaching in the actual evidence — the messages, the timing, the history it pulled from. You can always see why.

Pipeline

A pipeline you can run in your head. See every deal by stage to work the board, or by quarter to see what's landing when. Each card carries the real thread behind it, the expected close, and the next move — not 40 required fields.

Cadence

The follow-up you keep meaning to send, drafted for you — in your tone, with your latest company and personal updates woven in. Review, tweak, send. The relationships that go quiet because you got busy stop going quiet.

Capture

It fills itself in.

No data entry. The signed, notarized Mac app reads your iMessage, SMS, and Contacts locally — with iCloud on, that's your iPhone's address book too — and pipes only normalized records up. Nothing leaves your laptop but who, when, and the text. Email and Slack sync over secure OAuth. Contacts and companies build themselves from the people you actually talk to.

Private by design

Read on your machine.

Messages are read locally. Quarters never receives your Messages database or attachments — only the normalized record it needs to thread.

On a PC?

The Windows agent.

The Windows agent reads iMessage from your iPhone backup. Email, Slack, and calendar work everywhere, on any browser.

It builds itself

No required fields.

Contacts and companies assemble from your real conversations. You read the CRM. You never maintain it.

Why founders

Built for the closer, not the ops team.

Most CRMs are configured by an admin and filled in by reps. Quarters has no admin. It's for the person who is, this quarter, both the founder and the entire go-to-market motion.

You're not running a pipeline review on Friday. You're closing over iMessage at 11pm.

Traditional CRM
  • Email only — your texts and DMs live nowhere
  • You log activity by hand
  • Reports for a manager
  • Seats, admins, and an implementation
Quarters
  • Every channel — iMessage, SMS, email, Slack, calendar in one thread
  • It logs itself from your real conversations
  • A brief for you — what to do next, twice a day
  • Sign in and go — set up in minutes, 14-day free trial
Not for teams

Every other CRM is built for a team you don't have yet.

HubSpot, Attio, and Salesforce assume reps, a manager, and a process. Quarters assumes one thing: it's you, and you're selling.

Quarters isn't a smaller CRM. It's the one built for the part no one else covers — before the team exists.
